The embattled Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has successfully left Nigeria following his release from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) custody.
This development comes after two previous failed attempts to exit the country, highlighting the intense scrutiny surrounding his recent legal troubles.
Bobrisky, whose real name is Idris Okuneye, was reportedly re-arrested at Lagos' Murtala Mohammed International Airport while attempting to board a flight to London.
This arrest followed an earlier apprehension at the Seme border by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
The crossdresser's legal woes began when an audio recording allegedly surfaced on social media, in which he purportedly claimed to have bribed EFCC officers with N15 million.
Despite these challenges, Bobrisky managed to leave Nigeria, sharing the news with his followers through a series of Instagram posts.
In a now-trending video, he announced, "See u soon Nigeria. Dis girl bought a first class ticket 3 times that is over 30 million. Raise bar for dis girl."
