The current head coach of Arsenal's under-18 team, Jack Wilshere is on the brink of taking up a new role as the head coach of Norwich City, an English club competing in the EFL Championship.

This development was reported by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on October 17, 2024. Romano shared the news via a tweet on his X account, stating, "Jack Wilshere, on the verge of becoming new Norwich City head coach as the agreement is being completed."

Talks between Wilshere and Norwich City began recently, and Arsenal is reportedly ready to approve the move. Wilshere, a former midfielder for Arsenal, West Ham United, and the England national team, is set to replace Narcis Pelach at Norwich City. Pelach left the club last month to join Stoke City after Steven Schumacher's departure.
