Burna Boy and Odumodublvck, prominent Nigerian artists, have been nominated for the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards. This recognition shows their massive contributions to the global hip-hop scene.

Burna Boy is nominated in the 'Best Live Performer' category, competing against heavyweights such as Busta Rhymes, Cardi B, Drake, GloRilla, Kendrick Lamar, Megan Thee Stallion, Missy Elliott, Nicki Minaj, and Travis Scott.

Playboi Carti, 'FTCU' by Nicki Minaj, 'Get It Sexyy' by Sexyy Red, 'Like That' by Metro Boomin, Future, Kendrick Lamar, 'Mamushi' by Megan Thee Stallion feat. Yuki Chiba, 'Not Like Us' by Kendrick Lamar, and 'Yeah Glo!' by GloRilla.


The 'Hip-hop Album of the Year' category showcases albums such as "American Dream" by 21 Savage, "Ehhthang Ehhthang" by GloRilla, "For All the Dogs Scary Hours Edition" by Drake, "In Sexyy We Trust" by Sexyy Red, "Megan" by Megan Thee Stallion, "One of Wun" by Gunna, "Pink Friday 2" by Nicki Minaj, "Utopia" by Travis Scott, and "We Don’t Trust You" by Future & Metro Boomin.
