Thalia Graves, who has accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of rape, is now facing allegations herself. According to multiple reports, including those from TMZ, Graves allegedly attempted to bribe her ex-boyfriend with a staggering $3 million to support her claims against the music mogul.
The lawsuit, which was filed against Diddy and his former head of security, Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman, alleges that Graves was raped by Diddy in 2001.
Text messages obtained by TMZ reveal that Graves purportedly offered her ex-boyfriend this substantial sum if he agreed to corroborate her story. In one of the texts, she reportedly asked him, "What do you [think of] $3 mil?" after discussing the case.
Her ex-boyfriend, who confirmed the authenticity of these messages, interpreted them as an attempt to bribe him into supporting her accusations. Following this exchange, he blocked Graves on all communication platforms.
The situation has added another layer of complexity to the legal battle, as Diddy's legal team has acquired copies of these text messages, potentially using them to challenge Graves' credibility in court.
Meanwhile, Graves' attorney, Gloria Allred, has responded to these bribery allegations by stating, "It is very common that rich, powerful men and their supporters attempt to discredit, shame, and humiliate accusers who have the courage to come forward." She emphasized that the complaint speaks for itself and expressed confidence in her client's day in court.
