Hip hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, have been accused of drugging, binding, and violently r@ping a woman in 2001.
The incident allegedly took place at the Bad Boy Records studio in Manhattan.
The plaintiff, identified as Graves, was 25 years old at the time and dating one of Combs' employees.
According to court documents, Graves claims that Combs and Sherman lured her into the studio, spiked her drink with a substance that caused her to lose consciousness, and then assaulted her despite her cries for help.
"I woke up to find myself bound and restrained by Combs and Sherman, who ignored my pleas while they mercilessly r@ped me," Graves stated in the lawsuit.
Graves did not report the incident to the police initially due to fear of Combs' significant influence in the hip-hop industry. She decided to come forward after Combs' recent arrest on September 16, 2024, on federal charges of racketeering and s£x trafficking. Combs has pleaded not guilty to these charges.
