Elon Musk's estranged transgender daughter, Vivian Wilson, has publicly criticized her father's peculiar offer to give pop superstar Taylor Swift a child.
This controversy erupted after Swift endorsed Kamala Harris, leading Musk to make an unusual proposition. Vivian Wilson, 20, took to Threads on September 11, 2024, to express her disdain for Musk's comments. She labeled her father's proposal as "heinous incel nonsense" and "incredibly sexist." Wilson's post read, "Heinous incel nonsense is in fact heinous incel nonsense. I don't really have anything to add to it, it's just abhorrent."
The saga began when Taylor Swift signed her endorsement of Kamala Harris with the phrase "childless cat lady," a subtle jab at Trump's ally JD Vance, who had previously criticized childless women with cats.
In response, Musk tweeted, "Fine Taylor … you win...I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life." Wilson, who has not spoken to her father, praised Swift's endorsement, stating that the timing "could not have been better." She further condemned Musk's words as "disgusting, belittling and incredibly sexist," adding that her audience "deserve better if people speak to them like that."

Vivian concluded her post by asserting her individuality: "I really am not the biggest fan of this subject. I am my own person with my own name after all. However, I just feel like that had to be said even if it's incredibly self-evident. Cheers."
