'I Got a Gun in My Nuts!' - Footage Shows LIL BABY's Confrontation with Cops During Weapon Arrest

Footage surfaced recently showing rapper Lil Baby (real name Dominique Jones) getting heated with police officers during his arrest in Las Vegas for possession of an illegal weapon.

The incident occurred outside the Encore nightclub, where security had alerted authorities after spotting a gun in Lil Baby's waistband.

In the video obtained by TMZ, Lil Baby can be seen in handcuffs as officers search him. He quickly becomes belligerent, cursing out the arresting officers and even offering them $200,000 to let him go.

At one point, he yells, "If I go to jail with a gun, y’all n-ggas fired so make sure y’all check me good!" He also insists that he had a permit for the gun and implores one officer to check his “nuts,” claiming that’s where he was carrying the weapon.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Lil Baby was seen on surveillance video at Wynn Las Vegas concealing a tan-colored Glock 19X semiautomatic pistol in his inner waistband while gambling around 4:30 a.m. on Monday.

Minutes later, he handed the gun to another person who placed it into a duffle bag. Security approached them, leading to the discovery of the gun, one magazine, and 17 9 mm rounds inside the bag.

Lil Baby was arrested on Tuesday at the MGM Grand, where he was staying. During his interview with detectives, he admitted to having the firearm but claimed he forgot he had it on him after bringing it to a nightclub earlier in the night. He repeatedly told detectives to "just arrest him for the charge" and "let’s go."

The 29-year-old rapper was booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, a felony in Nevada. Although he posted a $5,000 bond and was released from jail, his attorneys argue that he had a legitimate Georgia Carrying a Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit. However, Nevada does not recognize permits issued in Georgia. Lil Baby is due in court in Las Vegas on October 1st for a status check.

Shortly after his release, Lil Baby posted a picture on Instagram of himself relaxing on a private jet with large stacks of cash, seemingly unconcerned about his legal troubles.

He also blamed the incident on alcohol, writing: “[tumbler glass emoji] + [baby emoji] = [skull emoji],” adding: “Vegas 10 Me 0.” The rapper has since deactivated his Instagram account.

Lil Baby was in Las Vegas celebrating NBA star James Harden’s 35th birthday, with a party at Drai’s nightclub attended by Travis Scott, Chris Brown, and Kevin Durant. A viral video from the night showed Lil Baby generously tipping the staff of Mexican restaurant Toca Madera $11,000. It remains unclear if the arrest occurred during or after these celebrations.
