Social media critic VeryDarkMan has publicly accused Ubi Franklin, the manager of singer Davido's wife, Chioma, of engaging in fraudulent activities.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan detailed how Franklin allegedly failed to fulfill a business agreement involving Chioma's name. According to VeryDarkMan, Franklin collected N10 million from an individual in June 2024 but did not honor the deal.
VeryDarkMan further revealed that he had previously reported Franklin's actions to Davido, highlighting that Franklin has been using Davido's name to deceive people.
He issued a stern warning to Franklin, giving him a 72-hour ultimatum to repay the money. "I have reported him to Davido before," VeryDarkMan stated, expressing his disbelief at Franklin's conduct as a manager under Davido's 30BG team. He added, "Ubi Franklin, you have till Tuesday to pay up."
The incident has sparked considerable attention, with VeryDarkMan sharing audio recordings of Franklin's conversations with the victim to substantiate his claims.
