An Indian woman went missing after falling into a massive sinkhole in Kuala Lumpur's Dang Wangi area on August 23, 2024.
The pavement suddenly caved in while she was walking, creating an eight-metre (26ft) deep hole that buried her beneath the ground.

Local authorities have been working tirelessly to locate the missing woman.
Rescuers have barricaded part of the area and are using an excavator to clear the debris in the sinkhole.
However, despite their efforts, there has been no sign of the woman so far. Kuala Lumpur’s fire and rescue department received a distress call early on Friday, prompting immediate action.
The local police chief, Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman, confirmed the incident based on witness accounts.
"The woman was walking along the pavement when the earth suddenly collapsed beneath her," he said.
He also mentioned that the woman is believed to be an Indian national, although her identity has not been confirmed as investigations are still ongoing.
"The search will continue until the victim is found," Sulizmie assured, declining to comment on the cause of the incident at this stage.
