Joao Felix Praises Chelsea Teammate He Prefers to Play With as "Top Player"

Portuguese forward for Chelsea, Joao Felix has expressed his admiration for his teammate Christopher Nkunku, describing him as a "top player."

Felix's comments came after Chelsea's impressive victory over Panathinaikos in the UEFA Conference League, where he played a pivotal role by scoring twice. Nkunku and Mykhailo Mudryk also contributed to the 4-0 win at the Athens Olympic Stadium.

Felix highlighted the ease with which he plays alongside Nkunku, noting their shared understanding on the pitch.

"Nkunku is a top player. We know he's top quality," Felix remarked. He praised Nkunku's past performances at Leipzig and emphasized their mutual ability to anticipate each other's moves during games, making it "pretty easy to play with" him.
