Leonardo DiCaprio Distances Himself from Diddy Amid Legal Turmoil

F.Adenike

Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio has publicly distanced himself from music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs following the latter's recent arrest on serious charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and trafficking to engage in prostitution. This development comes after an old video resurfaced showing Diddy calling DiCaprio the "number one person" on his invitation list for his infamous 'White Parties.'

Photos have emerged of DiCaprio laughing and smoking at one of these parties in 1998, and he was also seen with Diddy at the Democratic National Convention in 2004 and dancing beside him during Diddy's 50th birthday in 2019. Despite these past associations, a source close to DiCaprio insists that the actor has not been in contact with Diddy for years and has no involvement in the current legal issues.

"Leonardo DiCaprio has absolutely nothing to do with any of this," the source stated. "He attended a few of his parties back in the early 2000s - but literally everyone did. They were not freak-offs. They were big house parties. Leo was at the start of his career at the time and has moved way past his partying."

The source further emphasized, "Leo is focused on his career and his relationship and is not at all thinking about Diddy's federal case, which he has nothing to do with."

Diddy, who has pled not guilty, faces allegations of forcing women into elaborate and produced sex performances, described as 'freak offs.' Prosecutors claim that around 1,000 bottles of baby oil were discovered during searches of his properties, and women involved in these events were so exhausted they required IV drips afterward.
