The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), through its Air Component of Operation Hadin Kai, has successfully executed a series of aerial bombardments targeting terrorist hideouts in Borno State, in a decisive move against terrorism.

The operation, which took place in the Southern Tumbuns of Borno, specifically in Arina, resulted in the elimination of five key terrorist commanders and more than 35 foot soldiers.
The air strikes were part of a broader strategy to dismantle the operational capabilities of the Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP).
According to reports, "the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) says many members of ISWAP were killed in an air strike conducted" in the region. This operation underscores the NAF's commitment to eradicating terrorism and restoring peace in the affected areas.

The successful interdiction was confirmed by multiple sources, with one noting that "the Nigerian Air Force, as part of Operation Hadin Kai, has carried out aerial bombardments near Degbewa and Chinene."
These coordinated efforts have massively disrupted the activities of the terrorist group, dealing a substantial blow to their command structure and operational effectiveness.
