Nigeria Customs Announces New Managerial Appointments

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced a series of new managerial appointments.
This reshuffle follows the retirement of several key officials and aims to ensure the continued operational efficiency of the organization.
The Comptroller General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, approved these changes, which were disclosed by NCS spokesperson Abdullahi Maiwada.
"These strategic appointments are designed to maintain effective management and adapt to personnel changes within our leadership structure," said Maiwada.
Among the notable appointments, BM Jibo has been named the Deputy Comptroller-General in charge of finance administration and technical services. Other key positions include: -
OA Alajogun - as Acting Deputy Comptroller-General for Enforcement, Inspection, and Investigation
IG Umar - as Acting Assistant Comptroller-General at Headquarters
OA Salefu - as Acting Assistant Comptroller-General for Training and Doctrine Command
BA Makinde - as Acting Assistant Comptroller-General for Human Resource Development
Timi Bomodi - as Acting Assistant Comptroller-General for Enforcement, Inspection, and Investigation.
These appointments reflect the NCS's commitment to maintaining a robust and efficient management team capable of navigating the complexities of customs operations.
