Nigerians Apprehended in Haiti for Allegedly Faking Nationality

The South East Police Department in Haiti on Sunday, August 18, 2024 arrested two Nigerian nationals, Madukanze Kenneth, 31, and Henry Peter, 29, in Jacmel. The arrests were made on charges of possessing fake Haitian National Identification Cards.


According to reports from iciHaiti, Kenneth was found with an ID card under the name "Augustin Jerry," while Peter's ID card bore the name "Junior Jean Pierre."


The police department announced these arrests on social media, emphasizing their ongoing commitment to maintaining public order and apprehending lawbreakers.
