North Korea Leader, Kim Jong Un Orders Mass Production of Attack Drones

Kim Jong Un has ordered the "mass production" of attack drones.

This directive, reported by the state media outlet KCNA, comes amid increasing concerns over North Korea's deepening military cooperation with Russia.

The attack drones, first unveiled in August, are designed to carry explosives and function as guided missiles, capable of targeting both land and sea adversaries.

During a recent test, which Kim personally oversaw, these drones successfully hit targets after navigating predetermined flight paths. KCNA highlighted Kim's emphasis on establishing a "serial production system as early as possible" to facilitate full-scale mass production.

Experts suggest that the technological advancements seen in these drones may be linked to North Korea's budding alliance with Russia, raising global concerns about potential Russian influence or support in enhancing North Korea's drone capabilities.
