
A chartered flight carrying ten passengers and one crew member crashed during take-off in Migori, Kenya, on Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 PM when the Cessna Caravan aircraft, registered as 5Y-ZBW and operated by Z. Boskovic Air Charters Ltd, attempted to lift off from Migori Airstrip. Despite the severity of the crash, there were no reported injuries or fatalities among those on board.
The air charter company confirmed this in a press statement, emphasizing that all individuals involved in the incident escaped unhurt. "We are grateful that there were no injuries or fatalities," the company stated, adding that they are collaborating with relevant authorities to investigate the cause of the accident.
