Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly criticized fellow celebrities for their lack of financial support towards the medical expenses of ailing music video director, TG Omori.
The criticism comes in the wake of Omori's unsuccessful kidney transplant surgery in Lagos, where his body rejected a kidney donated by his brother.
Despite solidarity posts on social media from stars like Davido and Kizz Daniel, no public donations have been made to assist with Omori's mounting medical bills.
In a video message shared on his social media page, Portable expressed his frustration, stating that the entertainment industry is "full of fake love."
"TG Omori has a kidney problem and celebrities are not donating money or kidney for him but Victor Osimhen and others donated money for Bobrisky who has no value.
The industry is full of fake love," Portable fumed. He further highlighted the inconsistency in the entertainment community's support, pointing out that embattled Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and music executive Don Jazzy had previously donated to controversial cross-dresser Bobrisky during his legal troubles, yet similar generosity has not been extended to TG Omori.
