Quavo Ordered to Pay $700K in Damages After Losing Legal Battle Over Vegas Valet Altercation

Esther

Quavo, formerly of the rap group Migos, has been ordered to pay $682,000 in damages to Antonio Henry, a former valet at the Encore Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

This legal decision stems from an altercation that occurred in 2018 after a performance at Drai's Nightclub.

The incident escalated when Quavo was reportedly asked to move his car, leading to a physical confrontation where he slapped Henry.

The trial, which lasted several weeks, concluded with the jury awarding Henry compensatory and punitive damages for injuries sustained both "physically and emotionally."

Quavo's legal team argued that Henry was not injured and instead was looking for a "hip-hop lotto ticket."
