Wizkid's latest album, "Morayo," has made an impressive debut on the Billboard 200 chart, entering at the 98th position with 13,000 units sold in its first week. This achievement was announced by Chart Data via X (formerly Twitter), marking "Morayo" as Wizkid's fourth album to debut on the chart.
Released on November 22, 2024, the album is a heartfelt tribute to Wizkid's late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who passed away in August 2023. The album features a diverse array of tracks, including collaborations with renowned artists such as Asake, Brent Faiyaz, Jazmine Sullivan, Anaïs, and Tiakola.

"Morayo" follows the success of Wizkid’s previous albums, most notably his 2020 hit "Made in Lagos," which became the most-streamed Nigerian album on Apple Music and earned RIAA gold certification in 2022 after surpassing 500,000 copies sold in the United States.
Born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, Wizkid first achieved global recognition with his debut album, "Superstar," in 2011, and has since released several successful projects.
